I don't own the best "laptop" (in my case) thats out on the market. But I can play 1366 x 768 at 42 fps.
My requirements are: AMD Turion64 x2 2.1 ghz 4 Gb 800 mhz RAM & ATI HD3650. Just swap your ram and put a new vga card in your pc. And you should be able to run it fine.
