As for the level of maturity, wow.
The system requirements are correct, but the game is not optimized to work, for instance, with core 2 duo, and even if you have a pretty decent processor, you anyway have some trouble through the game, it wont freeze, but it will have a few pauses and lagg.
The graphics card is the only thing that is not correct, I had a 7300Gt asus card and it barely worked at 640 x 480, with minimum details. Once I switched to a 8600Gt, most of the problems were solved.
Anyway now its getting very convenient to purchase a core Quad Core processor,for instance Q6600 which has an excellent performance on games.
Please don't curse, English language is great, don't ruin it.

Stupid kids, think about the requirements that Max Payne and Max Payne 2 requires. Not much, so developers dont need all that power into video games. I am currently developing the game “LP Home Store” and you will see how low system requirement is just enough and high requirements are just for show offs. The reason why you have to upgrade your system is because the 3d software game is high in graphics details.
You have to concentrate on the graphics card, CPU and RAM.
Any graphics card with spec: (this card uses DX10.1)
Core Clock : 600MHz – 800MHZ
Video Memory Installed: 1GB DDR2
Memory Interface 128bit
Memory Clock: 1000MHz
Stream Processors: 320
Shader model/pixel shader 4.1
CPU: Any 3ghz CPU will do.
RAM: 2 – 4gb to be on the safe side.
It is sad when bunch of little kids don't have the knowledge capacity to know the real specifications of a graphics card. This kids will never understand the difference between two graphics card with similar video memory capacity.

CPU: AMD Phenom 9950 Black Edition Quad Core AM2 2.6GHz 2Mb L2 Cache. Now this is the real deal, boys. If you get your hands on this you will never hate PC games. It is twice the price of RAMD X2 Dual Core AM2 Athlon 64 6000 3.0GHz 2x512KB Socket AM2, which the later is not a bad processor either.
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD4650 is a very decent card, which makes every gamer happier than a kid with an ice cream. This card holds 1gb memory and its cheaper than the other fancy cards. If you got a higher one go kiss your mama and tell her that you love her for purchasing it for you.
RAM: 4mb is best suitable for any game (2008 games). Now don't freak boys, its cheaper like your bed time story books.
Did i mention sound cards? creative sound blaster gives a clear audio output of a girl screaming. Your mama might think you are fighting with your little sister. lol

It won't work with that card. The minimum is the 6800gt, you could probably get away with a 7600gt (which is slightly worse regardless of its' higher numbering). A 6600gt might do the job but a 7300gt no. A 7900gt or gtx would play it well, so I would recommend getting that card. Or just get a whole new system, with a gtx260 XD.

Don't waste your time with this PC version of gears of war. If you have a 360. You can get an even cheaper version of it for less than 29.99 dollars more than likely. It is full of bugs. And shames the 360 version. Get the original. Or if you do not have a 360. Give this a go. But patch it immediatly before playing.
