Unable to upload new background image on Twitter?
Have you been trying to change your twitter background and have been geting the “There was a problem saving your profile customisation” error?
Twitter saves all the options (from all the tabs in the settings page) at one go. If there has been an error in any one of the previous entries, it would prevent twitter from saving the background image.
Start from the first tab and keep clicking “save” to find out which tab is giving an error. Fix it and try changing the background image again. It should work.
Still Stuck? Then try these too:
– Try renaming the image filename before uploading.
– Try changing the theme, clicking save and then uploading the new image.
