Hindi Shusha Fonts:
Here are three hindi fonts from abhivyakti-hindi.org. Right click the links below, save the fonts and copy them to your fonts folder ( Windows/fonts/ ) to install them. You can then use any text editor to type in hindi.

Update: You can also check out Google Transliteration tool to type in a number of Indian languages.
The key pad is similar in different types of Hindi fotns. We should evolve a method to have similar key pads.

How do I type a comma in Shusha font using laptop. Not getting even when alt and 0130 pressed.

I stand corrected. Click ALT + 0184
you will get coma.
To get such help, go to insert command, a dropdown menu shows symbols, click and select fonts you need and the fonts you need will appear in a window.
From your name it suggests you may be gujarati. In that case, gujarati fonts are Vakil01

IF u want write in hindi on word pad then
i can help u,
that how to instal shusha any fonts
u just need to do
firstly download the shusha hindi ,english etc. fonts
>save it any drive
>copy the shusha font
then after all open the control panel >
open fonts folder > paste the shusha hindi , english etc. on fonts page
must need to open the word pad
click on format on menu bar ,then click on font ,type the shusha fonts name (which name u save the shusha font) on the font box
lastly u use the word pad
if u want write in hindi then select the font(shusha hindi , english etc.)
and u can write in hindi or other
